Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and controlling (multinational environment)
- Leadership experience
- Powerful data analysis with BI tools & spreadsheets
- Experience in international cooperation
- Fluent German and English skills (written/spoken)
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP
- Willingness to travel as part of the job (primarily to the Netherlands, approximately once a month)
- MS Office is secure; SAP & Excel Power Query/Pivot are advantageous.
- Skills: Analytical skills, independence, results orientation, communication, project management
Your tasks:
- Prospective management of the local finance department
- Financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Budget planning and forecasting with BI tools
- Trend and profitability analyses
- Measures to improve cost efficiency and margins
- Data analytics for decision-making
- Process and reporting optimization
- Business performance analysis at the national level
- Independent project coordination
- Research and preparation of decision-making bases
- Reporting to the Head of Finance (Netherlands) and to the management at the location
