3-GIS offers a full suite of network management applications including 3-GIS | Web, a browser-based application that provides editing and management functionalities for network assets and connectivity; 3-GIS | Mobile, an Android-based mobile application allowing network data to be put directly in the hands of work crews in the field, syncing with the server upon establishing internet connection; 3-GIS | Admin, a browser-based application used to configure Web and Mobile, allowing system administrators to create a system of rules and guidelines to define how the software is accessed and used by users of all levels; and Prospector, an extension tool for planning and designing networks.

The company also provides various support services including design automation, data conversion, and project management. 3-GIS | Augmented Design Services (ADS) provides a team of fiber network engineers, OSP engineers, project managers, GIS and database experts, and software developers to assist customers in every stage of network planning, design, and management. The data conversion team can convert from formats including CAD, other GIS systems, paper copies and more to get all customer data into a single 3-GIS database and to provide cost-effective and efficient networks.
