For many years our company ALUMTE LTD is occupied by electrochemical processing of aluminum and it’s alloys. Mostly we are researching the processing of aluminum surface.

In our research we are using world experience; however we have got our own unique developments that do not have the world analogs.

We are offering the technology of aluminum surface modification that allows covering directly from simple electrolytes the aluminum surface by cooper, nickel, tin and other metals.

This technology is much simpler and cheaper than existing methods of aluminum covering.

Our technology it is fast (a few minutes) preliminary processing (modification) of aluminum in bath with our composition and after that the aluminum obtains the features that allow to cover it directly by any metals.

Advantages:

· economy 50% of time and 70% of cost according to our calculation of existing methods (that are so complicated that make difficult it’s industrial usage)

· allows to use simple electrolytes

· different from existing methods , it allows to cover the aluminum by others metals in automatic mode that allow to use this technology on automatic lines in galvanic industry, drawing machine covering of wires and aluminum band

· any types of aluminum (even with high content of Si)
