ASCENT is a professional services consulting firm specializing in Governance Reform, Institutional Development, HR and OD interventions. The firm has provided strategy and systems development consultancy to departments of Rural Development, Urban Governance, Police and Health for developing Human Resource Management Systems, Policies and Procedures, Performance Management, Recruitment, Service Delivery Improvement Systems, Organisational Culture Change Management Interventions.

ASCENT has over Fifteen years of design, consultancy, capacity building, systems development and change mangment experience in providing services to the government departments in India and overseas.
