12.  To engage in the business of shipping, stevedoring, clearing and forwarding, trucking, ship chandelling, cargo handling, etc;

13.  To carry on business of travelling agency and to act as tourist agent and contractors, and to facilities travelling and to provide for tourists and travelers or promote the provisions of conveniences of all kinds;

14.  To carry on all or any of the business in the transport, lorry operator, oil tank operator, cartage and haulage contractors, garage owners, service stations, spares and accessories shop, owners and charter of road vehicles, aircrafts, ships, trucks, barges and boats of every description, lighter man, carriers of goods and passengers by road, rail, water or air, Carmen, cartage, contractors, stevedores, harbingers, cargo superintendents, packers, haulers, warehouseman, store-keepers and job master;

15.  The corporation shall to provide consulting and logistical services to various industries including: fishing companies and other marine entities, aviation enterprises, petroleum and other mining and mineral exploration and exploitation companies, agricultural supplies and related agriculture support activities, etc;

16.  To carry on the business of hotel, restaurant, café, beer house, restaurant room, boarding and lodging housekeepers, manufacturers of aerated mineral and artificial waters, and other drinks, caterers for public amusements;

17.  To acquire from Government of The Republic of Liberia or any of its public Authorities, any concession, grants, privileges or immunities necessary and appertaining to the business of trading and investment;

18.  To let concession to others to do any of the things that this Corporation is empowered to do, and to enter in to, make, perform, and carry out, contracts and arrangements of every kind and character with any person, firm, association or corporation or any government or authority or subdivision or agency thereof;

19.  To engage the people in agriculture and industrial development vegetables, seeds and crop production, animal husbandry poultry, fishery, pests control, management, training skill and technical support food preservation, etc;

20.  To engage in the activities of general agriculture, consistent therewith, to export and import agriculture equipment’s;

21.  To engage in the business of real estate management inclusive of the rights to own, hold, rent, lease, engage, improve, exchange, buy, and sell real property, collect rents, and do a general real estate business; and in general to have and exercise all powers, rights, and privileges necessary and incident to carrying out properly the objects of realty management;

22.  To grant or take licenses in respect of, improve, develop, repair, manage, maintain, and operate real property of every kind, as principal, agent, or broker, and on commission or otherwise; to act as loan broker, and generally to do everything suitable, proper and conductive to the successful conduct or a real estate business;

23.  To engage in the installation, maintenance and servicing of facilities and system needed in the end usage of electric power at the levels of residential, public & commercial, and industrial setting;

24.  To engage in any lawful business or activities for which a corporation may now or hereafter be established under the business laws of Liberia. 

Background description of The Company:

The general nature of the business to be undertake and performed by the corporation and the purposes for which this corporation is formed are as follows:

1.      To conduct and carry on a general mineral and mining business and in connection therewith to do any acts or things as may be deemed necessary or required;

2.      To mine, explore, extract, purchase, sell, import, export, cut and polish, and otherwise prepare for market, exchange, and otherwise deal in gold, diamonds and other precious stones; to solicit, lease, locate, or otherwise acquire, own, exchange, sell, or otherwise dispose of, pledge, mortgage, deed in trust, hypothecate, and deal in mines, mining claims, mineral lands, and other property, both real personal; ant to carry on as principal, agents, or commission agents the business of mining, preparing for market, exchanging, and dealing in gold, diamonds and other precious stones;

3.      To acquire by lease, assignment or otherwise, recognize, arrange, plan, manage and operate mining claims, mineral lands, and other mining property, both real and personal, and to do any and all things incident to or necessary and convenient for the prosecution of such business;

4.      To grant or take license in respect of, improve, develop, repair, manage, maintain, and operate mining claims, mineral land, and real and personal property relating thereto, as principal agent, or broker, and or commission or otherwise;

5.      To export from and import into The Republic of Liberia, and any and all foreign countries, as principal or agent, merchandise of every kind and nature, and to purchase, sell, and deal in and with merchandise of every kind or nature for exportation from, and importation into, The Republic of Liberia, to and from all countries foreign thereto, and for exportation from and importation into any foreign country, to and from any other country foreign thereto, and to purchase and sell domestic merchandise in domestic markets and foreign merchandise in  markets, and to do a general foreign and domestic exporting and importing business, including textiles, used clothing, cosmetics, cement, rice, shoes, foodstuff, and in connection therewith to buy, sell, offer for sale, distribution, market and trade in and deal with wholesale or retail, and in every other manner as principal and/or agent;

6.      To engage in the importation and sales of general building materials, furniture of all kinds, office equipment, but exclusively electrical appliances and its related activities;

7.      To engage in and undertake the construction of buildings, road and other infrastructure and or import, sell and distribute materials required for and essential to such construction activities;

8.      To engage in the importation, distribution and sale of petroleum and petroleum related products, including but not limited to wholesale and retail activities; and to develop, construct, and patent or otherwise protect, new designs of petroleum machineries or components parts thereof;

9.      To engage in the importation and sales of new vehicles of every types, trucks, tires, spare parts, general transportation, car rental services, etc;

10.  To engage in and carry on generally,  but exclusively, the business of manufacturing, importing, dealing in and with any and all kinds of offices equipment’s, machinery implements, supplies, stationaries and facilities;

11.  To engage in general agro forestry, logging, wood processing, and other forestry related activities
