Capgemini Advisory Services: This is the advisory division of Capgemini Investments

Limited (C.I.L.) with focus on providing business advisory services to clients, with the

aim of helping clients realise full operational potentials by institutionalising best

practice standards. These standards help companies re-determine their

fundamentals in order to take advantage of emerging opportunities in our ever

changing environment.

Human Resource Strategic Management

One of the more critical issues in the management of resources in any organisation

is that of human resources (HR), where it becomes necessary to effectively manage

the workforce to deliver on the overall goals and objectives of organisations. Due to

current best practice trends and the contribution of human resources to the success

of any organisation, HR has assumed a strategic role within most organisations.
