Cascade Bankruptcy

Dürfen wir uns vorstellen?

Founded in 2006, Cascade Bankruptcy offers bankruptcy representation for individuals and businesses across Oregon. The firm’s three attorneys maintain seven offices to serve clients throughout the state. They have filed thousands of cases in United States Bankruptcy Court and, sensitive to the nature of their clients' financial positions, offer plans for payment. Cascade Bankruptcy has a high success rate, with nearly all of its Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases resulting in discharge orders from the court in recent years. This success is not lost on clients: business in 2012 increased at an annualized rate of nearly 30 percent. The increase came despite a statewide decline of almost 10 percent in bankruptcy filings. Client referrals account for a quarter of Cascade Bankruptcy’s business.

Cascade Bankruptcy offers a one-hour initial consultation, free of charge, to prospective clients in order to determine whether they are eligible to file bankruptcy. A typical bankruptcy process includes three additional meetings with the attorney: an appointment to review documents to prepare the case, another to sign the bankruptcy petition, and a hearing before the bankruptcy court.

The attorneys at Cascade Bankruptcy draw on a depth of experience in the field. Brian Turner, the firm’s founder, held a clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon before opening the practice. Erin Uhlemann previously worked at bankruptcy firm Macey & Aleman, and Mackenzie Keith began his career with a small bankruptcy firm in Bozeman, Montana.
