Customer First UK is THE National Standard for Customer Service. Working with over 40 different sectors including Universities, Utilities, Retail, Hospitality, Financial Institues and more we are revolutionising the way organisations build thier service culture.

Customer First is recognised as a leader in the customer service industry, working in the UK and with our International Partner ProServ in South Africa. Organisations are transforming their business cultures, operational methods and tactical approaches by incorporating the Customer First Standard into their ethos. The Standard assesses organisations against a set of 30 principles which are broken down into 3 main areas; Customer Relationships, Market Awareness and Developing People.

The Customer First assessment takes place in house by an experienced and Customer First approved Practitoner. Our bank of Practitoners have the skills and knowledge to assess your customer service culture no matter the size, complexity or industry type of your business.

Customer First also offers you the chance to improve and develop your service culture, people, marketing, strategic planning, processes and systems, business methods through our Consultancy Service.
