DYNA BRAINS srl. is looking to recruit a SAP Junior Consultant for its own office in Imola. Reporting to the Managing Directors, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in customization and business processes design in the following SAP modules:

· FI/CO

· MM/WM

· SD

Key Responsibilities

Typical day-to-day duties will include:

• Analysis and specification of application requirements

• Customizing of SAP functionalities within the SAP specified area

• Support of applications including debug

• Planning, execution of and reporting on change requests and projects

• Development of analytical and reporting solutions

• Analytical documentation of processes (business requirements) and developments

• Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface, usability testing)

• Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software

• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

• Assisting with build, test, and deploy activity

• Performing testing work and application tests

• Supporting the implementation of new applications

• Provision of client and management reports

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to the key-users

• Providing efficient after go live support to key-users

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with previous experience in the professional services sector of SAP consulting company / software-house / software development. You should possess exceptional organizational skills and a high level of SAP configuration to ensure you can manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and act in a self-managed manner to drive results. You will need a muck-in approach, bags of enthusiasm and the flexibility to work late as required.

Skills Required

• 24 months previous experience working as a junior consultant in a professional environment and structure

• A sound understanding of the required SAP modules

• Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure

• A commitment to quality and strict attention to detail

• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and work well within a team and also able to work alone when required

• Able to take a highly analytical approach to understanding and modeling complex business processes

• A creative, imaginative thinker

• Ability to manage their own time to ensure delivery of projects within defined timescales

• A flexible approach and be able to cope with several projects at any one time

• A finisher, focused on service delivery

• A proven track record of achievement in Configuration / Customization experience / Business processes in SAP system

• Excellent communication and learning skills

• Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory (written and verbal)

• Flexibility to travel throughout Italy and abroad.

Time of work are Monday-Friday with lump-sum extra-time included in salary rate, flexibility to work late has required (extended time)

The employment will be for a full-time position; also freelance / contractors position will be taken in consideration.
