Engareh Negar, Inc. is a Tehran-based private corporation providing high-grade IT solutions/services to mainly medium to large-sized organizations.  The company is well-known for its previous work, playing a pivotal role in a grass-root national project titled "Information Technology Strategy Master-Planning for Iran" (a.k.a. “TAKFA 2” project) carried out by a consortium of Iranian – European consultants.  As of 2014, however, the firm has launched an enterprise-grade cloud-based portal (www.scormmakers.com) rendering a unique type of service in the electronic content standardization field; augmenting the firm’s achievements in the E-Learning arena.
