One of our most important values is “TEAM”. This says a lot about how we operate and interact with our clients but also with each other. Working closely together is the way we want operate at Everett. Doing so we are able to create a working environment where deliverables are being delivered not only by the Everett employees but also in a close cooperation with our client’s employees as well. The biggest benefit of this approach is in the first place, the automated knowledge transfer by training on the job, and in the second place the creation of a real bond with our colleagues from our clients.
To ensure we enjoy our work at Everett, we often plan social activities to Team Up and have fun. Our formal Employee Social Association (funded by Everett) plans these activities. Examples are our Summer Beach BBQ and Christmas Dinner when your family members are also welcome and cooking classes or whiskey tasting. But also (Outdoor & Extreme) activities where we need to rely on a team like Rafting or Zip lining.
