The Company has attached 175 Juki Plain Stitching Machines with other high tech

Machines such as Embroidery Machines, Tacking Machines, Collar making machines, Cuff

making machines, Double needle machine, Placket Machine, Button Stitch / Hole Machine.

Fabric :

We have been dealing and Supplying Fabrics to all the Exporters before venturing into

Apparel Export, due to which our sourcing of Fabric is very strong

To Ensure Delivery of Fabrics on time, we already have our own Major Weaving,

Processing, Dyeing & Printing Factories. To ensure Quality and Cost Efficiencies we our

QAD Department in Factories.

1] 100% Cotton ( Flannel, Poplin Cambric, Voile, Drill, Twill )

2] 100% Polyester ( Chifon, Crepe, Georgettes)

Quality Control :

Rigorous Fabric Testing & Checking Procedure with controls from the yarn stage, thru the

loom and processing stages, Ending with 100% quality check of final fabric.

Standardization of procedure for obtaining style spec, measurement, production, packing

approvals from our buyers.

Stringent checks at every stage of the garment production (cutting & layering, stitching on

line, finishing and inspection of final packed goods by internal quality control department)

ensure that the final garment reaches our buyer is of highest quality standard.
