I’m Natascha Lamçaj, Founder of GlobalEase Assist. I built this service to give founders, executives and growing teams a reliable “back office” that runs with structure, discretion and speed—without the overhead of in-house hires.

• Documentation & Digital Organisation: file systems, templates, SOPs, CRM/light database maintenance, data clean-up, lists and dashboards (Excel/Sheets).
• Customer Support & Customer Success (light): email/WhatsApp support, ticket routing, onboarding assistance, check-ins, KPI tracking and feedback capture.
• Social Media & Content Operations: Canva assets, content calendars, scheduling, basic reporting, newsletters and light automations (MailerLite/Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign).
• HR & Recruiting Support: job ads, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, short profiles, scorecards, onboarding workflows.
• Freelancer Matching & Project Support: shortlisting, availability/rate checks, profiles, coordination between client and freelancers, weekly status updates.
• Tools & Automation (basic): Notion/Trello/Asana setup, CRM setup and hygiene (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho), simple Zapier/Make workflows.
