Medicatur is a company which is established by people who has 12 years of experience in tourism and 15 years in health sector following a 3 years process of infrastructural work, research and development study. Our aim is to provide the best possible treatment to patients all over the world at affordable prices and superior service quality. In this respect, we work in full cooperation with Turkey's best health institutions and best doctors who are expert in their fields and we serve our patients as if they are our relatives.

Medicatur is an intermediary company based in Istanbul which is only interested in medical tourism in Turkey by providing information, consultancy and organizational services to the patients from all over the world under the assurance of high quality and affordable prices. We never offer treatment packages to our patients but we provide optional services quotation upon request. Our treatment offers are always prepared especially for a specific patient in a unique way. However we inform their rights to our patients. We always give most detailed information to our patients about treatments, services to be provided and their rights before authorizing treatment, so that they do not experience any unpleasant surprizes afterwards.

All kinds of services to be supplied by Medicatur are guaranteed in accordance with the principle of 100% patient satisfaction. Records of our patients about their treatments are in details and kept strictly confidential and presented them as report upon patients' request. We do not believe that our job is done when our patient's treatments are completed. We check their health status in routine intervals. We try to pre-identify and overcome any complications may occour after the treatment. We solve as quickly as possible any treatment related problems without any additional charge. If you need to travel again to Turkey to solve the problem; your necessary treatment would be done and your air tickets, hotel acommodation and treatment would be arranged in "VIP package" standards without paying any cost.
