Mria Labs Inc. is a software vendor and Atlassian Marketplace Partner building Jira-native applications for teams that want to manage customer data and customer-related work directly inside Jira. We create products for companies that need more than project tracking alone and want structured customer context, relationship data, and business workflows to exist where their teams already work.

Our focus is the space where customer work and operational work meet. We build applications that help teams keep customer information inside Jira instead of scattering it across spreadsheets, disconnected CRM tools, and manual workarounds. The goal is practical: reduce fragmentation, give teams better context, and make Jira more useful for real customer-facing processes.

Mria CRM for Jira is our Jira-native CRM application built for teams that want to manage leads, contacts, companies, deals, and related work directly in Jira. On the product site, Mria CRM is presented as a CRM for Jira teams that brings customer management into Jira so teams can align sales, product, and delivery work in one system.

Mria Contacts: Contact Management in Jira & JSM

Mria Contacts is our contact management app for Jira and Jira Service Management. It adds a dedicated layer for managing external customers and organisations inside Jira, helping teams maintain structured contact and company data and use that context across Jira issues and JSM requests. Mria Labs describes it as the company’s second app on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Our Place in the Atlassian Ecosystem

As an Atlassian Marketplace Partner, Mria Labs builds Jira-native apps on Atlassian Forge and distributes them through the Atlassian Marketplace.
