The initial purpose of establishing our company Navision Support Online Kft was to support companies that were already using Microsoft Dynamics systems. Therefore, first we focused solely on support and helpdesk, but soon enough, as early as the year of establishment, we extended our activities.
We have implemented ERP and CRM systems, and/or are providing system support to domestic and international companies. In many instances, we are providing to them outsourced accounting services as well. Currently, our activities cover the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Romania, but we partner with companies in the United States too.
We see our mission in providing excellent functional software solutions, as well as the most expeditious, cost-efficient implementation of our projects, ensuring the best value for money. Our goal is to leverage our experience to deliver accuracy and be a reliable partner at all times. And ensure the utmost quality of our services all the while.
Our profile:

Our company provides evaluation and rationalization of economic processes within your live system or systems;
preparation for the implementation of the ERP system;
preparation of related studies, quotations, project design, ideas and proposals;
consultancy and guidance in ERP system implementation;
full project management during system implementation, based on tested and confirmed methodologies;
within the collaboration with foreign implementation partners, the integration of local requirements for subsidiaries, taking into account the standard operation and international financial processes, Hungarian training with the pertaining user manuals;
parameter setting for the consolidation of company groups, preparation of related reporting;
creation of proper user interfaces, company-specific functions according to the requirements defined during implementation;
creation of custom software used besides the ERP system, bank terminal interfaces;
creation of custom reports, queries necessary for full management controlling;
maintenance of implemented systems;
creation of Business Analytics based management information system based on the Navision database.
As the Hungarian partner of Microsoft, we have permanent access to user updates integrating the changes (e.g. localization packages and legal amendments), and we will provide them also to our clients.
We recommend our clients to sign a support agreement after successful implementation, which will provide for the management of new demands arising during business operation, and expedite solutions to issues. Support agreement options:
Online support with remote access (troubleshooting of issues delaying operation, within 3 hours - immediate response)
Regular on-site consultancy (on a weekly or monthly basis, as requested), with the possibility of case-by-case basis consultancy anytime.
More intensive availability during closing periods, stock-taking (on-site or online, as requested).
Training for new users, using person, company and process-specific customized training materials.
We also provide management and administration for our clients’ server parks, and supply IT system host duties.
Currently, our most popular service is the full financial-accounting service outsourcing. Our clients’ experience is that using this service will improve efficiency, as well as save at least 25 to 60 percent of the financial department’s costs annually. This solution creates a long-term collaboration between our companies. As such, it ensures stability, professional and financial security and plannable undertaking of obligations and liabilities. The expected benefit of collaborating with us - in addition to savings - is increased performance, quality work, more accurate and faster decisions, better communication and labor time saved. All these are provided against a permanent, budgetable monthly fee. The key point in our proposal is to fully take over your financial-accounting activities. If you choose our service with ERP service option, then we will prepare all of your returns in a timely manner, and you would also have on-line access to the financial standing of your company. Officers in charge will receive up-to-date controlling reports on a permanent basis. Therefore we are able to provide the classic duties, as well as a high-level service whereby you can access the standard ERP functions operated by us, but dedicated to supplying your needs. In later stages, you will of course have the possibility (even while keeping the monthly fee payment plan) to implement your own ERP system.
