Dürfen wir uns vorstellen?

Ocean Gold Technology Limited is the offshore company authorized to have international import & export business activity;

We are a team working in local industry association in Ningbo China; we have many years experience in mold making and others industries; all of our molds and products are exported to France, Germany, Canada, Mex. etc. we also provide sourcing service based on rich experience of various fields.

OG's people have been involved with tooling and sourcing in China  for many years with another company.

You provide the specifications, and We deliver low cost, high quality molds, on time, while keeping you updated weekly with written reports and photos;

If you are like most mold buyers in America or Europe, you don't have the time and resources to base employees in China, like OG does. You also may not have the dedicated program management resources to manage a mold built on the other side of the world. Working with  OG, you can enjoy low cost China injection tooling, without the hassle and risks, and concentrate your resources on doing what you do best.

Industrial Park, molds capital, Ningbo, P.R.China. It's an ideal place for Mould & Die Making.

OG has created a network of approved tooling vendors in China ; strict criteria have been established; annual audits are conducted; and OG works with toolmakers to upgrade their capabilities, when required;

OG manages the entire tooling procurement process for its customers: Quote, selection, terms, payments, program monitoring and communication, sampling and acceptance.

Not just a broker or rep, program management services are a vital part of the service OG provides. Because we manage the tool build.

Not trying to sell open capacity, OG has the flexibility to place tool programs with the toolmaker that makes the most sense for the program.

Not handicapped by differences in standards, OG 's program managers (PMs) are toolmakers; they understand Europe and American standards and are experts in communicating those standards to Chinese tooling suppliers.

Response promptly.

Rich experiences in the standard for Europe and America and Oceania.

Save you 100 % to 150% cost.

You provide the specifications, and we deliver low cost, high quality molds, on time, while keeping you updated weekly with written reports and photos;

We classify molds based on ultima motive from customers; In China we can find the particular toolmakers.

Class1 molds are built for extremely high production and are warranted by OG to last for a minimum of 1 million cycles without failing (routine maintenance excepted). Naturally the quality of materials for Class1 tools is highest and is less as one goes down the quality scale. Class1 molds are also the most expensive.

Class2 molds are built for medium-high volume production, and are warranted for 500,000 cycles.

Class3 molds are for medium-low volume production and are warranted for 100,000 cycles.

Class4 is for low volume production and is warranted for 25,000 cycles.

Class5 tools are for prototype production only and are warranted to perform during prototype production only, typically no more than 500 cycles.

Process Flow

This illustrates how a typical tool build will proceed in seven steps from RFQ to tool delivery:

Step one: Getting to a quote

Email any 2D and 3D part files you have along with any other information that may be useful in developing an accurate quote, to alfred.xu@oceangold-tech.com. You will fill out the RFQ form. One of our engineers will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements once we received your inquiry;

Step two: The quote process

Once we understand your tooling needs thoroughly, we will decide which toolmakers are right for the job. We will prepare an RFQ form for them that is bilingual, and in a format with which they are familiar, to minimize the chance of miscommunication. Typically, we can turn around quotes for one to five tool packages in three business days or less. More complex and larger multi-tool packages may require longer, but we will provide an estimate of the turnaround time to you up-front.

Step three: Your sourcing decision

We will present a professional comparison of the offers to you in a straight-forward, complete and easy-to-read format. All terms and conditions are clearly stated. At this point, you will have the opportunity to discuss the quotes with an OG engineer, who can answer any technical or general questions you may have. Quotes are valid for thirty days. You should have everything you require to make a tool sourcing decision.

Step four: The design phase

Once we have received a purchase order from you, our engineer will consult with tool design engineers at our tool maker in China. They will decide on the conceptual design approach for the tool. Then the tool designers will take over. The design phase will take anywhere from several days to two weeks, depending on the complexity and number of tools involved. For several tools of average complexity, seven – to ten calendar days is a reasonable expectation. Once the design has been completed, it will be reviewed and approved by our engineer. You will have the opportunity to review the design as well, in as much detail as you desire. Once we have your written approval to proceed, the tool build will commence. If you wish to expedite the tool build, steel may already have been ordered by this time.

Step five: The tool build

The tool build, for several tools of average complexity, will last approximately five to six weeks. More complex tools and larger packages will take longer; the exact timing will be clear to you from the Gantt charts and updates you will receive from China Tool Source on a weekly basis. During the tool build phase, OG engineer will visit the toolmaker to check on progress and resolve any issues.

Step six: First shots and qualification

When the tool build is complete, first shots will be run. A OG engineer will be on site during first shots.

Please note that during the qualification runs for the tool, we will attempt to reproduce as closely as possible the conditions under which the tool will be run in production.

Once parts are produced that meet your specifications, they will be air freighted to you anywhere in the world. Also at this time, if you require a more robust process to be used to qualify your tools, we will follow your requirements.

All of our toolmakers are veterans with the application of statistical process control ( SPC ) techniques in tool qualification. When we have your written approval for the parts, we will prepare the tool for shipment.

Step seven: Tool delivery

Your tool will be prepared for shipment by either air or sea, according to your wishes.

All of our toolmakers are experienced in the preparation of tools for shipment to ensure no damage in transit and no rust (a potential problem for tools improperly prepared for sea shipment).

With your tool, you will also receive Final 2D and / or 3D files, final drawings, trial results, including first shots, process parameters used during trial runs, and a neatly organized notebook containing all of the above. Electrodes are shipped to support warranty, repair and revision work;
