* Our clearly defined mission is to efficiently align the real estate position of our End-User clients with their business plans, saving them time and money in the process.

* We do not market property for landlords, nor entertain such relationships; therefore we have no such Conflicts of Interest.

· Approximately 95% of all commercial real estate brokers operate in the “Traditional” brokerage model and advertise themselves as “Full Service”, meaning they represent both Landlords/Sellers as well as Tenants/Buyers and often act as “Dual Agents” (work with both sides of a transaction).

· In actual practice, the primary focus of "Traditional" commercial real estate firms is controlling and marketing property for professional real estate operators, landlords (the “Supply-side”). They may also work with Tenants and Buyers, but their mandate and foremost responsibility is to gain property listing market share, churn transactions quickly (High-Volume), fill the space they’ve been hired to fill and get more listings in order to perpetuate the cycle of representing the interests of “Property”. This model is suspect when it comes to providing fiduciary level representation to End-Users.

· Question: How can a commercial real estate firm effectively represent the interests of a Tenant (Buyer), as well as Landlords (Sellers) within the same marketplace? …

* We deliberately specialize in middle market to smaller sized commercial real estate (space / property) requirements, because clients within this segment are substantially under-served by Traditional service providers who are focused on pursuing “Big Game” transactions and relationships.

* Each of our client engagements is personally managed and executed by a Principal with 24 years of specialized expertise (our smaller transactions do not get assigned to a less experienced broker to be used as training fodder).
