The Hungarian based P&Bert Management Consulting Group , originally established as a Swedish - Hungarian joint venture, is a group of companies specialized in personnel consulting that looks back upon over a decade of professional history.

We offer professional services in the prompt and discreet search and selection of highly qualified key executives, middle and top managers and company specialists as well as in setting up management teams. Besides the application of Swedish and international experience, our company's consulting activity is based on continuous evaluation of the specific requirements of the Hungarian market. Our firm and our consultants are specialized, as our clients primarily conduct business in the areas of information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, finance and logistics.

P&Bert Recruitment Division is a member of the P&Bert Group specialized in placement and temporary recruitment. Consultants at the division, which became independent in October 2002, search for employees to fill positions in the lower- and mid-level segments of the company hierarchy. Their search primarily targets graduates with promising career prospects, including graduates of specialized secondary education and professionals with recent university or college degrees.

A member of the P&Bert Group is our office in Bratislava , which was opened in September 2004 ( P&Bert Management Consulting Group Slovakia , s.r.o). We regard our Slovakian agency as a milestone, and consider it to be the first step in extending our operations and establishing long-term business relations with neighbouring countries. Our new agency, while broadening our company’s profile, also allows for establishing a connection between the Hungarian and the Slovakian market, which can already be perceived through the orders we receive from clients who are present in both of these countries.

As the second step in our regional expansion, we opened a new office in Timisoara in spring 2007. Due to our new offices, we now have the possibility to offer our services not only to those clients who also have sites in Slovakia and Romania , but – as it entails the significant growth of the talent pool available to our clients – we are now also willing to accept assignments for the search and selection of foreign professionals for our Hungarian partners.

Our company is a founding member of the Hungarian Association of Personnel Consultants established in November 2004. The organization, which brings together firms specialized in personnel leasing, recruitment, and executive search, has undertaken nothing less but to unite personnel consulting firms and to provide its members with trade-mark guarantee. The primary goal of the Association is to increase the public acceptance of personnel consulting firms. In order to achieve this the Association wishes to participate actively in the preparatory phase of government decision making concerning educational and employment issues.

In addition to our foreign offices our TTG (The Taplow Group) membership also contributes to the strengthening of our international activities. Our Hungarian and Slovakian offices have been members of the world’s 8th largest association of executive search firms since 2005. The Taplow Group is a network created through the collaboration of local consulting firms, and includes exclusively firms specialized in executive search. Our TTG membership and the joint assignments it makes possible, now enable our company to search for professionals for various locations around the world.

We provide our prospective clients, as well as those potentially searching for a new job, with information (e.g. job offers, application possibilities) that may also be accessed easily and constantly on our homepage ( www.pbert.eu) is. Our online newsletter the Consultation Magazine (www.consultationmagazin.hu) is also very popular. In the columns of the newsletter (on head-hunting, labor law, image and style, trends and CVs) we summarize our experience as well as news that may well prove to be useful to HR professionals, managers and those looking for a new job. The online newsletter of our Magazine is delivered to nearly 5000 people per month.

Our magazine is available in Slovakia since June 2006, (www.consultation.sk) and in Romania since 2007 (www.consultation.ro). The structure of the three webistes is the same, but they contain country specific information on the local economy, society and labour-force issues.
