Panoramic Care (Europe) is a specialist senior level recruitment consultancy and is part of Precision Resource Group (PRG).
Established in the UK in 2009, the group has achieved expediential growth over the last few years, even through the pandemic, but without compromising on quality. We still work with clients that we started working with back in 2009 and we believe that says a lot about the exceptionally high quality services we deliver. Panoramic Care (Europe) is managed by a leader with almost twenty-five-years experience of working in Healthcare Executive Search, and since 2010 has worked in the European Market. To ensure we remain experts and specialists in the markets we work in, we only operate across Healthcare, Medical, and Social Care. We work across both the Public and Private Sectors, placing exceptional, highly experienced and coveted professionals into Public and Private Hospitals, both independents and groups, Healthcare Facilities, Medical Centres and Clinics, to name but a few.
Although we have clients situated across Europe, the majority of the clients we work with are based in Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Finland and Sweden. This works exceptionally well for private sector clients who have 'cross border' medical facilities as they are able to use our services to source for multiple locations.
Generally, we only source and place candidates at either Senior Leadership or Senior Management level, and this is usually Director Level and above, although there have been some exceptions. Our service is both flexible and responsive. As we are a well established business, over the twelve-years we have built both large candidate databases and strong networks of senior candidates. A lot of the candidates we place have been referred or recommended by other candidates we have worked with.
As a recruitment business we understand that when it comes to finding the right candidate with the right skills, experience, knowledge and values, you want choice. That's why we will always aim to provide sufficient numbers of well matched, pre-screened candidates to allow you the choice to ideally interview a minimum of three candidates per vacancy. This is of course dependent on how specialist the role or roles are, and how specific the experience requirements are. We will never put a candidate in front of any client if we do not feel they could do the job they are being interviewed for.
The types of executive candidates we place include Chief Executive Officers, Hospital or Facility Directors, Hospital/Deputy Hospital Administrators, Chief Operating Officers, Deputy Hospital or Facility Directors, Chief Financial Officers or Heads of Finance, Chief Technical Officers or Heads of IT and Network Infrastructure, Medical Directors, Executive Directors of Nursing, Directors of Operations, Directors of Allied Health Professionals and Clinic Directors.
This list is not exhaustive as we know that different countries and different types of health and medical facilities may have different job titles to those listed above. In simple terms, we source and place exceptional executive level candidates that form part of a Senior Leadership Team or a Senior Management Team, and this includes both clinical and non-clinical senior leaders. These may be based in head offices or group head-quarters, or within medical settings such as hospitals and other clinical facilities.
