Consultancy firm specialized in crowd safety management and evacuation planning. Phase01 provides expert advice to event organizers and authorities.

Phase01 Crowd Management is founded and operated by Eric Kant. Eric currently holds a PGCert in Crowd Safety and Risk Analysis (Manchester Metropolitan University) and is a member of the Event Safety Alliance.

Aside from being a crowd management specialist, Eric is an event specialist at the Dutch national police. He provides expert advice to police event-coordinators and bronze, silver and gold commanders during the approval phase, preparation and operational phase of high risk public events.

Eric has consulted on a huge range of large public events, national celebrations, concerts and dance festivals across The Netherlands. Furthermore Eric was member of the research teams involved in crowd counting projects as the Woman’s March in Austin, Texas (2017), Super Bowl Victory Parade, Philadelphia (2018) and Greek protests in Athens and Thessaloniki (2018).
