Mr. Kline was a tax manager in the Newark, NJ office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co, presently KPMG, and he was an associate professor in the Economics Department at Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ. He was also Senior Tax Attorney at Motorola in Chicago, IL and manager of the Tax Accounting Department of The B.F. Goodrich Co., in Akron, OH.
