TandJ creates and provides investment solutions as well as capital markets and advisory services for financial advisors, institutions, corporations and foundations through our three businesses: investment management.

Mobilizing the Ghana aprivate sector to advance Ghana foreign policy and development initiatives,TandJ-supported projects make a difference by expanding economic development, which can encourage political stability and free market reforms. Currently, TandJ services are available for new and expanding business enterprises in more than 150 countries worldwide. TandJ financing and political risk insurance also help UK businesses of all sizes to compete in emerging markets and meet the challenges of investing overseas when private sector support is not available. TandJ promotes UK best practices by requiring projects to adhere to international standards on the environment and worker and human rights.

TandJ mission is to mobilize and facilitate the participation of Ghana and UK private capital and skills in the economic and social development of less developed countries and areas, and countries in transition from nonmarket to market economies.
