Centrally situated on South Dixie Highway in Coconut Grove, The Car Wash has a two-decade history of serving the Miami, Florida, community. State-of-the-art facilities include a “touchless” wash system that utilizes a fully automated conveyor belt for cars. Trained professionals thoroughly vacuum the vehicles prior to loading them onto the 127-foot belt, where automobiles are doused in specially formulated detergents that effectively dissolve dirt, grime, and road film.

The Car Wash next employs a high-pressure water system, powerfully cleaning all treated surfaces. Infrared optics incorporated into the system ensure machinery maintains an ideal distance of 14 inches from the vehicle, while a final purified water rinse cleans all remaining small areas such as door handles and the edges of the windshield. Company team members then hand dry every vehicle, to prevent streaking. After a quality control associate provides a final inspection, the car is ready for customer pickup. The Car Wash’s satisfied Miami customers now total more than 100,000 since the establishment serviced its first vehicle in 1990. The business provides a number of cleaning packages, including "Just Get the Dirt Off," "Clean Car Shiny Tires," and "Give It All We Got," as well as multiple detailing services.

One of the defining features of The Car Wash, which has given it a positive reputation among the Miami driving community, is an air-conditioned café in which customers can wait. The café offers free Starbucks coffee and sells a number of food items, including muffins, cookies, ice cream, and hot dogs.
