Our History

The Turtle Bay Land Company, Inc. is a Hawaii corporation founded in 2002 as a vehicle for creating wealth through aggressive investing in Real Estate, and to provide high-end education for other investors. The company has two major divisions – investing operations under Emerging Wealth Strategies, Inc., and a training division under HonoluluMentor.com.

Our Mission

Our mission is to invest in real estate aggressively to earn consistent high returns, with low manageable risk, for our shareholders and business partners. We do this by analyzing a broad array of possible investment opportunities, carefully selecting the best deals that offer the highest return and lowest risk, then employing the most effective strategies, and continually refining our operations and performance. Using almost two decades of experience in local real-estate investing to differentiate our business, we seek to dominate our market, and develop the most creative and profitable real-estate investment opportunities in Hawaii.

Our secondary objective is to provide the best REI education available at an affordable price. We accomplish this by providing hands-on education in the latest cutting-edge Real Estate Investing strategies – strategies that have proven to be effective in our investing company. Our principals have been, and always will be, active, successful investors first, and trainers and mentors second.

Find & Buy We find and buy residential properties substantially below market value; closing quickly with cash or seller-financing. We are experts at finding profitable investment deals. Our principals invest their own personal money into every deal.

Renovate We create awe-inspiring kitchens and bathrooms. Our finished properties have an attractive curb appeal. Our interior and exterior colors are modern and classy. We create beautiful homes and condos at very low costs.

Sell or Hold We are able to sell quickly using creative strategies. When market conditions warrant, we employ short-term hold strategies for passive income and market appreciation, creating long-term wealth. In all cases, we invest for the highest ROI with the lowest risk.
