A small wind turbine that survives the storm

Windchallenge´s International small wind turbine expert Sander Mertens, designed a wind turbine with blades that pitch in higher winds so that the turbine is better controlled than competing wind turbines that are all blown into pieces in high winds. 

Because of the blade pitch, our turbine is reliable, safe, silent and light.  Therefore our turbine is able to penetrate new markets such as a couple of million off grid cottages in the Nordics and Canada that need electricity and have no real alternative for our turbine. We have the new proven technology standard, partners to scale up and are passionate about wind.
