• Working with multidisciplinary professionals on WellView data reporting software. • Obtain relevant data, carrying out engineering analysis on site, recommending necessary actions and writing up reports • keep track of current daily costs, comparing actual costs with expenditure proposals and recommending cost-effective changes • Strong knowledge of Landmark Software, a digital Well Operations software for integrating solution that connects all phases of well delivery, in real time.

Monitor program activities across 30 municipalities to ensure compliance with targets. Report and coordinate with the EU donor. Support field data collection, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Oversee Project Monitoring Framework, data tools, and databases. Contribute to reports, evaluations, and donor submissions. Maintain monitoring databases and logs. Track M&E indicators and use Power BI for data visualization and geographic data management.

• Facilitate the update of M&E tools and provide trainings project staff on M&E principles, Ensure data management and information flows within program remains as planned. • Design data collection tools coordinate the data collection process for collecting qualitative and quantitative data for a USAID funded project. • Contribute to organisational learning through management of output and outcome data, data analysis, and M&E reports.

• Supervise the routinely and high-quality data collection, analysis, reports and visuals production and sharing results; internal report rapid needs assessments, health risk assessments. • Design surveys for health field teams to collect data. • Maintain and continuously update the existing information management products to ensure all are up to date.

• Providing hydraulic Fracturing / Matrix Acidizing services for optimizing the production of oil wells. • Performing quality control, pre/post job equipment inspections, job execution, and post job analysis. • Assists in accurately completing all required forms, databases and reports. • Supervises on tool preparations and data acquisition using during implementing Acidizing and Fracturing jobs. • Monitoring daily operations procedure. • Sending daily reports about the operations to the Program manager.
