• Responsible for the PSD engine repair center operations in Springdale, AR with full P&L responsibility for the site with $120M in annual revenue and 180 employees with nine senior managers as direct reports • Accountable for customer relationships, OTD, inventory management and EH&S aspects for the site • Responsible for driving innovation in engineering and lean and six sigma in operations and manufacturing functions to improve productivity and thus impacting the P&L of the site

• Succeeded in coaching and developing high performing Integrated Product Teams (‘IPT’) to design, prototype, test and manufacture aircraft interior products such as seats/suites, galleys, lavatories, lighting, interior systems, cabin crew rests, etc. • Developed all the requirements within B/E Aerospace FSI to become a Boeing supplier and be offerable in their catalogue • Expert in EASA and FAA STC certifications for B777, B787, A319, A320, A350 and Sukhoi SSJ100

• Director of Programs for all segments within the Mission Systems division which includes the Tactical Propulsions and Controls, Fuse & Electronics, Metals & Composites and Energy segments • Developed annual plans, forecasts and budgets and ensured the execution of the programs to the plan • Developed and implemented program management guidelines, phase gates and process standards within all segments
