I was the Senior Administrator at the RSPB's London office. I was responsible for providing administrative support to various teams and projects. Recruiting and line managing a team of office volunteers was one of my responsibilities. I also undertook project management and was responsible for budget management too.

I was responsible for gathering information through documents, liaising with local authorities to maintain a database of the progress of the local development plans in the region, and identifying any resource implications for the team from the data. I was also responsible fora analysing the content of local development plans, concentrating on identifying the adequacy of specific references to biodiversity and measures to ensure the integrity of priority protected habitats and any impacts on RSPB property.

I worked on a project that looked how the biodiversity considerations had affected the nature of EIA developments in Scotland.
