I design and perform fermentation experiments for the improvement of ABE production using Clostridial cultures, and reporting of the results, both internally to my department, and company-wide. Moreover, I am in charge of keeping SOPs up to date and ensure standardization across facilities, and I am the health and safety representative for my department. I also have good knowledge and experience in routine fermentation tasks, and hands-on work experience with sampling, inoculating and aseptic technique.

I developed research in SLA. My tasks included: -Preparation and inclusion of brain tissue in paraffin. -Cut of paraffin blocks, and immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence techniques. -Realization of enzyme assays.

I performed laboratory tasks, as culture media preparation, checking of protein and mRNA expression levels, electrophoresis, western blots, and control of cell cultures.
