I lead the Russian Tech organization. Advised the local leadership team on Pharma Tech strategy and the development of Tech, aligning with their respective strategic business plans and recommending, implementing, and supporting relevant technologies. Full ownership of Pharma Tech budget for Russia.

I lead the regional Tech service management organization. The major target is supporting the operational excellence for all GSK business units across the region, by delivering top-notch infrastructure and end-user experience services. 
In my scope also, the budget control and resource allocation/planning to ensure delivery of business benefits. Vendor management including services excellence. Managing (scope, time, budget) the innovative projects & programs portfolio for both local markets and the region.

As a Head of IT, I have managed the local IT organization 49 FTE (both direct and indirect) and full scope of IT Services and Solutions, in-house and outsourced, acting as a business partner between CEE IT Organization, local business, and Global IT organization. Collaborating with other organizations and vendors to deliver robust IT solutions. Controlling of budgets and resource allocation/planning to ensure delivery of business benefits.

As an Operations Leader I've managed the local IT organization 49 FTE (18 FTE direct reports, 23 FTE indirect reports) and full scope of IT Services in house and outsourced. Transformation of RU Services Operations model to more effective and efficient schema fully aligned with CEE procedures from one hand and tuned with local business specific from other hand.

As a project manager I lead a number of strategic infrastructure projects for Russia and CIS region. Key projects:  Moscow executive offices consolidation;  Regional offices consolidation;  Sochi Olympic program and Moscow Board of Directors event;  LAN/WAN infrastructure optimization;  Various flag-planting projects;  JV’s infrastructure enabling.

Has Managed project teams (up to 10 specialists), including hiring, adaptation and training. Development, deployment and complete maintaining of IT projects in Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan within requirements of the customer, including infrastructure, services and specialized software deployment. Coordination of IT operations services in Moscow, Almaty and Baku. Interaction with contract organizations. Budgeting. Acting IT Manager during IT Manager absence.

Directly report to Vice President. Responsible for IT strategy and operations for a company. Interact with IT and telecom partners and suppliers control a quantity and a quality of services. As lotus developer create a budget control application for IT Department. In interaction with Sales Director I develop reporting software for sales department integrated in Domino workflow. Supervise IT support specialist who responsible for all aspects of IT operations in company.

Responsible for installation, administering of LAN/WAN, active directory, file, print servers, and workstations. As a Lotus Domino administrator – administer Lotus Domino servers and clients software. Work with specialized systems for information integrity and security on customers sites. Also was a point of contact on any support and maintenance requests from customers

Led a team of 5 system administrators engaged in installation, operation and maintenance of LAN/WAN, servers and workstations for successful internet café startup project. Installation and troubleshooting of specialized finance and reporting software. Responsible for customer support

Responsible for administering, maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, systems and servers (both hardware and software). Provide end user support and problem escalation for internal and external customers. Working with various network equipment and server OS, including Windows NT4, Windows 2000, SCO Open Server and Linux Mandrake.
