As the Global Director Upstream and Geosciences for Earth Stream, I am responsible for the strategy and implementation of our services across the business. I work closely with our international offices to ensure we offer innovative and concise recruitment solutions to our clients at all times. We aim to provide the very best talent on a full time or contractual basis anywhere in the world within the onshore, offshore and subsea sectors.

Employed as Head of Technical and Subsurface Disciplines. I was responsible for the successful business development of new accounts, management of search & selection assignments and key account management whilst leading a team of associates within the sector. I led the internal training activity across the team and helped create their existing business plans and processes. In my time at Cripps Sears & Partners I was the highest billing consultant each year, behind the Managing Director

Employed as a Senior Consultant I recruited mid to senior level appointments within the Oil and Gas sector. Key responsibilities of this role included client negotiation, candidate search, business development and retained search

Branch Manager in a variety of locations throughout the UK. I was responsible for full operations, profit and loss and all internal aspects of HR, staffing and customer satisfaction. I managed between 20 and 100 staff, depending upon branch location with an annual turnover exceeding £10m.
