Exited in May 2014. • Worked on defining the strategic vision, performed financial modeling and valuation. • Negotiated with potential customers and investors. • Budgeting and ensuring adequate cash flows to support business needs. • Tax filing, monthly bookkeeping, accounting and reporting via FreeAgent.

• Secondment from PwC Germany to PwC Austria to expand Eastern European deals coverage • Managed buy side Financial Due Diligence projects on mid-cap targets in Austria, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine • Reviewed financial related areas of Sales and Purchase Agreements

• Evaluated a business’ historical performance and sustainability of earnings/cash flows, working capital requirements, financial projections, key contractual commitments in numerous industries. • Identified key deal issues, carried out the relevant financial analysis, interpreted results, and reported key findings in FDD/VDD reports to the C-suite audience. Coordinated tax and legal Due Diligence teams. • Conducted LBO modeling for 3i buyout fund and DCF valuations for SMEs.
