With a string background in retail sales (as a Sales person and a Head of Sales), project management (Digitalization and Retail Sales Excellence project implementation) and coaching experience (coaching at dealerships for Heads of Sales and Managing Directors), I look forward to collaboration with a new employer and I eager to share my experience with your teams. After working over 13 years at Volkswagen Importer and Porsche Czech Republic I possessed advanced knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and implementation of various projects and processes from the earliest stage of customer’s needs through budgeting and efficiency evaluation after implementation.
