Responsible for the overall RAS IB client reporting services, managing a global team of over 40 people, reporting to the global head of IB and treasury reporting, acting as his COO for the IB client reporting division, running day-to-day business and coordinating with the senior management of the IB distribution business. Aside of management responsibilities, working on topics like global strategy & vision, data quality improvement initiatives, operational risk management, Swiss data globalization.

Managed the IB client reporting services for Switzerland. Coordinated available team capacity and reporting services provided to stakeholders, supported senior management with reporting advisory (main internal key clients: COO office, EQ & FRC heads of UBS IB Switzerland, up to global Equity board level). Operationally active in the following areas: ad hoc reporting, data mining & analysis, process improvements, project and stakeholder management.

Led the revenues reporting team of CMT Switzerland, responsible for the IB Swiss clients segment within the Equities division, supported the senior management and sales force with data analyses and advisory. Managed projects covering report development, process improvements and quality related database optimizations, based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Coordinated report offshoring initiatives and process adjustments to operational risk control frameworks.

Subject matter expert and project lead of the globally distributed Scorecards, a set of sales performance evaluation reports. Reverse engineered the whole undocumented process and completely redesigned it in a lean and efficient way, ensuring proper data quality and consistency (involving Business Objects, Excel, Access incl. VBA macros for all applications). Supported Equity management and sales teams with ad hoc reports, projects, analyses, data investigations and advisory-related tasks.

Produced regular Equity reports and supported the local Equity Client Relationship Director as well as the sales force. Redesigned, optimized and streamlined existing Equity reports to a new quality level in context of visualization and content. Main point of contact for the official CMT branding guidelines of the whole report repository.

Developed an intranet communication platform based on ASP.net, responsible for requirements and data analysis of transport management systems, printer configurations and running compatibility tests.

Worked with Adobe DreamWeaver, adjusted and updated Swiss Re web pages in HTML and CSS.

Drafted plans in different scales, constructed 3D models, provided support to engineers and foremen.
