Developed tax methodology in specification congruent with company activity in Russia, Switzerland, France, and Norway; minimizing tax risks. Created tax accounting system according to tax/statutory accounting requirements and IFRS requirements.

Consulting on taxes of local and foreign legal entities in consumer and industrial markets, real estate, energy, and financial institutions remaining in line with Russian tax legislation. Participated in audits to ensure accuracy of tax liabilities for RAP, IFRS, and GAAP purposes. Evaluating financial and tax risk in merging and acquisition of legal entities.

Overseeing activity of accounting department; maintain the accounting and tax methodology within framework of uniform policies. Estimating tax risk of contracts, conclusively deciding economic operations, development, and actions of elimination. Analyzing tax formation base for optimized tax payments on accounting and tax data; forming current and long term plans for payable taxes.
