Currently, I oversee a 50M€ portfolio comprised of international customer programs aimed at delivering automation equipment and systems, mainly for Oil & Gas and Pharma applications. Lead multidisciplinary teams comprised of 25+ multinational members, collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) clients to discern operational needs and construct execution strategies to deliver value. Develop services to ensure optimal delivery. Propel contract and risk management initiatives.

During this time I defined, planned, and implemented test strategies and homologation program for a 1.5B€ new-build train project. I Managed all aspects of the engineering process pertaining to testing, homologation and qualification activities and managed all aspects of the operational execution of testing activities including logistics and infrastructural availability across Europe. Negotiated with internal and external stakeholders to outline test strategies, set schedules, and monitor project progress.

In this role I developed and defined project goals and objectives, regulated the integrated project schedule, monitored and analysed project effectiveness and recommended modifications to improve performance and attain milestones for a project that contained teams across Europe and China. Planned and organized activities of assigned projects to create and implement procedures, processes, and systems. Regulated schedules and risk management, attended progress status meetings in China with Ministry officials.

As a Project Operation Lead, I constructed the Master Production Schedule (MPS), managed operational shop floor and utilised SAP to plan material management for a 200M€ project. Performed supplier expediting to guarantee material availability for production. Conducted regular project status meetings with project team and addressed all questions and concerns mentioned.
