Responsible for work with classification societies members of IACS. Involved in work with potential suppliers at the stage of search for equipment that is satisfied to customer’s demand; work related to control of equipment delivery. Was involved in logistic stage of equipment supply and technical control.

Working as the assistant to deputy director general of procurement and purchasing. Was delegated as the shipyard’s representative at the purchasing agent to maintain on site control of upcoming and signed purchasing contracts, delivery schedules and actual deliveries for projects in building. Participated on behalf of the yard in the following exhibitions: NEVA in St.Petersburg, Russia and SMM in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: maintaining a database for all vendors and daily update with all changes; supervising and maintaining the process of supplying vendors with updated documentation - technical specifications, purchase order requirements and conditions, etc. for all purchase orders placed; supervising and maintaining spare parts database for all purchases; working in a logistic group control of technical, financial and shipping docs., representation on sites.

Working in the call center for the stock transfer agent. Handled inbound call inquiries regarding customers stock accounts and legal transfer inquiries; performed stock sell/issuance transactions based on stockholders requests; resolving shareholders account issues; worked with reorganization side of stock transfer; worked in the group handled restricted stock issues; worked in stock options group for major clients; member of specialized groups assisting major clients.

Customer assistance in a call center for the television programming provider. Responsibilities included handling customer inquiries regarding the company’s products, customer technical and billing issues; resolution of customer upcoming service account issues; worked as a part of collection group dealing with sensitive billing issues.

Worked in the marketing department of one of the major shipbuilding yards in Russia. Researched sources of a supply of production materials; communications with potential suppliers on a pre-contract basis; involvement into supply contracts negotiations; successfully developed and maintained production materials tracking system.
