Sourcing passive candidates for Site Reliability Engineering and Software Engineering teams: • Use Boolean search, Google applications, and social networking sites to identify potential candidates. • Contact and interview selected candidates for roles across EMEA • Scheduling first and second technical interviews • Maintain multiple databases to track a high volume of candidates while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

My role as an International Recruiter was to source IT Specialists with 'niche'/'hard-to-find' skills across the EMEA, Asia and North America, covering a variety of permanent as well as contract positions.

Working as a Resourcer on a nationwide short-term recruitment assignment for Santander Bank branches across the UK.
