Administer, coordinate, and oversee the work of assigned Information Technology operational areas within a group of 10 countries located in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, aiming to providing accurate and timely IT services. Assignments include such areas as systems operations, network operations, security and all other IT oriented processes.

My role was to support the BBC (London/UK) infrastructure where I was providing 2nd/3rd line server support in a team supporting 1500+ servers and 24000+ users in an ITIL based environment. We offered support for Active Directory, Exchange, mobility and various technologies and applications like Citrix, VMware, DNS, DHCP, BMC BladeLogic, RDP\iLO We proactive monitor the server estate through MOM 2005/SCOM 2007 solutions and create scripts for task automation.
