Attracting talent through various recruitment channels (agencies, website, LinkedIn tc.) and headhunting relevant profiles on LinkedIn Recruitment according to best practice.

Leading and motivating a team of 4 to effectively manage all designated working methodologies in operational processes and standards. Improving technical processes through lean management such as creating concise work instructions to ensure service consistency and effective time management. Effective coordination of resources to ensure timely delivery of payroll, HR advice and support for several countries. Controlling the quality and quantity of the service delivery.

HR support for several countries. Advising stakeholders on how to initiate changes in Workday. Processing reports and maintaining correct master data in Workday and SAP. Utilizing critical and conceptual thinking to understand end-to-end business processes and impacts related to employee transactions/ services. Providing guidance, solving issues and giving advice to clients and employees about policies and procedures via phone and email. Providing Workday training to new starters.
