Manage Blockchain projects for Sales, Marketing, Procurement departments using Asana and other PM tools

Mexico/Brazil/USA (remote job) - Reporting to: Accounts Receivable Leader Key responsibilities: • Manage one of the company’s portfolio, in the accounts receivable (AR) aspect and ensure/report all accounts/clients would be in good standing by certain periods (month, quarter, year) • Create and present new processes (SOPs) for the Global Operations department as part of the project management department

• LCL shipment consolidations • Customer Experience: assist customers with the planning, creation and monitoring of shipments with destination Europe and Latin America (FAK, DGR, Automotive parts and Refrigerated Cargo) • Provide customers with rates, industry’s latest news and handling information • Prepare and submit RFP’s • SOP and process workflow development • Spot rate negotiations with partners • Single operational US point of contact for company’s account and warehouse inventory management

• Sourcing and procurement projects for company’s strategic client • Category management (facilities, corporate services, IT, marketing, travel): spend up to $15 million/year] • Savings generations of minimum 4% from baseline cost • Stakeholders & supplier relations management • Manage RFP/RFQ process • Data analysis (cost, time, scope, quality, risk) provided by suppliers versus customers’ requirements / expectations • Contract negotiation with suppliers • Contract implementation

• LatAm accounting operations coordination for the Accounts Payables department • New Finance system (Oracle) implementation assistance, work closely with stakeholders, local authorities and vendors to gather information related to regulations and taxes in Latin America

• Market research and Business development, Client Implementation of 2-3 new customers per week • Contracts negotiation and implementation

• International inbound/outbound shipments operations (European Region) • Shipping documents creation

• Team management (solid line reports: 12 people / dotted line reports: 5 people – tasks division, setting KPI’s, team mentoring • Cargo activity and P&L reporting • Negotiation of frame agreement with vendors • Savings opportunity identification • Key accounts management • Clients relationship management, providing routes calculation, rates, industry information • Sales department assistance by providing spot and contract rates to customers
