Managing requirements for new products and software release cycle working closely with developers. I am also the customer support for academic, clinical and pharmaceutical customers including development and maintenance of support material. I generate figures and data reports for internal and external use. I am also experienced in database curation integrating clinical, genetic and biochemical information. I had a leading role in the development of variant classification program based on ACMG guidelines.

I led the identification and analysis of genetic variation in a human cohort of dilated cardiomyopathy patients. I also contributed to the development of a pipeline for analysis of Ribosome profiling data including open reading frame identification. I had a central role in the analysis of RNASeq data including differential expression and exon splicing.
