Responsible of the end to end recruitment process for the departments: Bank, Legal & AML, during hyper growth stage. Recruiting for all positions including, executive level positions. Hired over 200 candidates within 3 years at N26. Supporting my departments as interim HRBP, doing direct reports to the main stakeholders and discussing different strategies to improve our recruitment process.

Part of the growth of our Customer Care Center from the start. Manage daily tasks within the team, making daily reports regarding open and finished tasks. Implementation of the 1th Shared Service Center in Henkel America. Providing HR services to NA and LATAM. Supporting the transition of services and developing of new processes considering the needs of each country. Implementation of training, providing guidance to HR and Hiring managers. In charge of recruitment and the sourcing strategy. Telephone interviews. Organizing F2F interviews and supporting the HM during the whole process. Learning and Development. I was responsible of a Learning Program for Employees of the Organization, courses given by managers from different areas. I was in charge of logistics, evaluations and statistics of each course. Control and capture of assessments. Supplier Relations and Event Coordination. Development and application of Integration’s Technics Recruitment process, Phone screen, Interviews. Recruitment Fairs. Portfolio exchanges.

Application of psychometric and technical tests,search of candidates, posting of vacancies on job boards, curricula filter, phone screen, checking references, support recruitment fairs and the different areas of Human Capital.
