- Provide support to HR and line managers to develop the appropriate Talent Acquisition (TA) and development strategies, policies and processes. - To drive implementation of the strategic TA framework and global TA projects, giving directions in all aspects in the cluster (employer branding and recruiting), analysing effectiveness and performance of implemented and established TA framework, programs, etc. - To organise all the Universities Relations and to keep ahead of recruiting trends

Coordinate the team in order to provide a high quality – client orientated service. - Management of the head hunting, executive search and training projects (95% growth Y2Y) - Design and implement development projects based on Assessment and Development Centres as well as Management Audits. - Management of individual client portfolios (Ikea, Peugeot Citröen, Disney, CajAstur, Bankinter, UBS, Fortis Bank, Vodafone…). - Establish the commercial strategies for business expansion.

- Recruitment and appraisals projects. - Design and implementation of strategic HR Competencies Models. - Appraisals through Assessment and Development Centres and Management Audits. - Job analysis and evaluation systems. - Management of individual client portfolios: (Michelín, Bausch&Lomb, Telefónica, DuPont, Vodafone, Mercedes Benz, Paradores...). - Responsible for the translation and adaptation of the OPQ 32 Personality Questionnaire to the Spanish market.
