-Responsible for the data formatting & maintaining data standards -Close working relationship with the Operations team to ensure the implementation of operational procedures, systems & protocols. Implementing new initiatives -Responsible for the integrity of the data in the company DB, ensuring that the data remains consistent across the DB -Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets - Responsible for the supervision and training of the team of DB researchers -Customer Services tasks

-Preparing daily workloads for staff & co-ordinating the daily allocation of work. -Overseeing the daily results of the team, monitoring the team achievements & ensuring the completion of the project by the deadline. - Motivating the team to achieve high standards & KPI targets. - Mentoring & training up junior & new staff. -Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets to the Head of Marketing. -Praise team members & create a positive working environment

-Researching, collecting and updating data from companies and contact details from all over the world via phone and Internet, verifying the accuracy of the data through the telephone. -Sharing information with other department about potential clients, delegates and sponsors. -Attending regular meetings providing feedback reports to Marketing and the Conference Producers.
