Crosscheck Capital Partners is a Private Equity Management Firm specialized in Funds related to energy, environment and sustainability. Launching its first Fund, Green Buildings Equity Fund I, dedicated to invest in companies that apply Energy Efficiency measures in existing buildings, and get return based on energy savings.

Crosscheck is a recently founded private company that gives financial and strategic services to leaders, institutions and companies willing to develop their businesses in a sustainable way. Crosscheck connects projects with alternative funding such as venture capital, private equity, specialized funds.

I was involved as strategic consultant in areas related to innovation, technological development, business/companies competitiveness, sectoral and economic analysis, as well as in areas related to environmental sustainability. I will contribute to Naider Ventures, a business incubator for entrepreneurs with an innovative and market oriented business idea. Naider Ventures is helping to create, initiate and search for financing for new businesses preferable in emerging sectors and/or based on technology.

Execution of mergers & acquisitions deals advising Spanish Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), listed Spanish and international companies and private equity firms based in Spain.

Participant as a case team member in DG Competition’s merger approval process.

Execution of corporate finance deals in the European industrials sector.

Advisory and origination of corporate finance deals in the sector team (Capital Goods and Automotive) and in the Spanish country coverage team, with focus on expansion into Eastern Europe and China.

Advised on a variety of merger and acquisition assignments in the Spanish market in sectors such as media, utilities/wind energy, engineering/aerospace, transport and consumer goods.

Financial analyst in the Debt Capital Markets Team (Financial Institutions Group). I learnt about different debt products, origination of business and presentation to clients. Financial analyst in the European Energy Group. I gained experience and knowledge in company valuation techniques and was mainly involved in the European gas industry.

Participated in several merger and acquisition advisory projects, carrying out valuations and financial analyses of companies in the media, energy, airlines and tobacco sectors. Designed and prepared presentations, analysed IPO’s and take-over bids in Spain.

Carried out market research to compile information on sales tools used by Terza's different competitors and by Terza's own sale points/shops, establishing the necessary sales tools and procedures for their implementation in order to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Collaborated in preparation of presentations and organisation of meetings for the following trade fairs: International Automobile Show at Birmingham ’96, at Geneva ’97 and A-Class European Promotion Tour ‘97.
