Pivotel (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2009 by Andreas Botha the company’s CEO to set up a technology company with some partners in the South Africa and Abroad. Our business plan and strategy comprise of product diversification, geographical diversification and the creation of a recurring revenue network operator business.

Andreas’ main function as Program Manager is that he is initially responsible for managing all facets of the Carrier WiBand Programme, to oversee its transition phase into the business before focusing on other carrier operation objectives like last mile solutions. He is concentrating on the development of solutions for businesses. Responsible for managing the stakeholders, internally and externally.

As Executive - Key Accounts, I am the link between our clients Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Ericsson, MTN, Neotel and our company, anticipating and understanding our client's specific needs and offering solutions. The solutions could be in the form of service information or a specific product. My main responsibility is to preserving the business within the account and generating new business. My goal is to create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Activities and Responsibilities: Interface between client and Vodacom Gated Services (VGS), Financial Management – Financial Planning, Income and Expense Management, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management, etc., Sales Management - Experience in high level Enterprise customers interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating and securing major contracts, annual and monthly sales objectives and planning, Project Management, Compliance Management, Operations / Sales Interlock and support.

Managing day to day tasks and coordinating activities and projects, Financial Planning, Income and Expense Management, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management, etc, of entire organisation, Determining direction, policy and strategy, Project / Program management, time, cost deadlines to maintain and improve gross profit margins, Continuous personnel training to ensure customer satisfaction, Quality control carrying out processes and procedures on all systems and networks.
