Process Support is a part of Operational Excellence and therefore a global bracketed function WACKER Polymers. This includes the global process ownership in Business Division Polymers for the production-supporting processes of Operations (such as maintenance, handling of technical projects [maintenance & CAPEX], LoTo, resource planning, digital checklists, work permit, ...), but also the associated tools (such as SAP PM/MM, SAP BO, SAC, digital work permit process, PI, COMOS, OXANDO, ...).

In our group within Operational Excellence we are the global production technology owner within WACKER Polymers and in this function also first point of contact for plant and production technologies as well as optimization. I'm the global owner of the PVAc Resins production technology and responsible for developing this technology, define the best practice and support all our production sites. Aditionally I'm responsible for the digitalization and automation of the production processes.
