I work for a Chinese / German joint venture. We produce mainly Shipyard Transporters, Shipyard Cranes and Heavy Machineries for Bridging and Road Building. My responsibilities are: Quality • Improvement of production and assembly procedures • Improving design of Shipyard Transporters • Technical support for all departments • Increasing efficiency • Innovation • Training in various fields and levels • Co-ordinator and technical link for European customers and suppliers • Cost calculations

I worked as a Project and On-Site Manager (mostly in Asia) for a company which manufactures machines for shipyards, automobile suppliers, and manufacturers of heavy pipes. This includes hydraulic presses, IHU presses, as well pipe bevelling machines and plate edge milling machines. Starting from "Kick OFF" until "Final Acceptance" I was involved in all activities related to the project. Mainly: co-ordination of all activities; project and on-site management

I was assigned to work as a Technician for the service department in Europe, Asia, and Africa. My duties were: Assembling of machines and production lines for the food- and chemical industry. • Erection, commissioning, Maintenance and overhaul • Supervision and training for maintenance and prodution staff
